Why I teach it
WordPress was my first paid work in 2013. Since then I have built and looked after WordPress sites for clients on Upwork, at Chatterbug and at Devute. Most of what goes wrong on those sites goes wrong after launch. This course is about building them so it does not.
How it runs
It is self-paced. You watch a lesson, build along on your own machine and move on when you are ready. The order follows a real project: local setup, theme, shop, performance and security, then handover.
What you will build
A custom theme built from a Figma design with ACF, a WooCommerce shop with payments, shipping and emails, and a handover pack: documentation, a short training video for the client and a maintenance plan you can offer as a retainer.
