AI workflows and automation
Map the repetitive work in your marketing and operations, then automate it with AI where it pays back. Measured, not hyped.
Who this is for
Operations and marketing teams under 50 people, where skilled staff spend part of every week on copy-and-paste work: moving enquiries between systems, building the same report, chasing the same follow-ups, reformatting content for each channel. You suspect some of it could be automated, but you do not want to buy a platform on a sales pitch or spend months on a project with no payback.
How it works
- Two-week audit. I sit with the team, map the repetitive tasks, and note how often each happens and how long it takes.
- Price the list. Each task gets an estimate: what automating it would cost, what it would save, and whether AI is needed at all.
- Build two. We pick the two with the clearest payback and I build them, test them with the people who do the work, and put them live.
- Measure. After 30 days we look at what they actually saved against the estimate.
The whole engagement takes four to six weeks.
What you get
- A two-week workflow audit of the repetitive work in your marketing and operations.
- A priced task list, so you can decide what to automate next, with me or without me.
- Two automations built and live, documented so your team can run and adjust them.
- Payback measured after 30 days, against the estimate, in plain numbers.
Tools
I use n8n, Make and Zapier for most workflows, with Claude or OpenAI models where a step needs reading, sorting or drafting. I pick the tool that fits what you already use and what your team can maintain. Where a step needs judgement, a person stays in the loop.
What it is not
It is not AI for the sake of it. Some of the best automations on the list will not use AI at all, and some tasks will not be worth automating. The audit says which. If you need something that reasons over documents or talks to clients, look at AI agents instead.
Questions people ask
How is it priced? Fixed price, from £2,500, quoted before we start.
What if we already use Zapier or Make? Good. I build on what you have unless there is a clear reason not to.
Who maintains the automations afterwards? Your team. Each one is documented, and I show the people who use it how to change it.
