AI agents

Custom AI agents for client intake, document handling and support, built on your data with the guardrails a regulated firm needs.

Who this is for

Firms drowning in intake and admin. Enquiries arrive by phone, form, email and WhatsApp, and someone qualified spends hours sorting them. Documents come in that need reading, checking and filing. The same support questions get answered by hand every day. You have seen what AI can do, but you work in a regulated field and cannot afford an assistant that makes things up or sends client data somewhere it should not go.

How it works

  • Choose the use case. We look at where the admin actually goes and pick one job where an agent can help and the risk is manageable.
  • Review the risk. What data the agent can see, what it may do on its own, and where a person has to approve.
  • Build it on your data. An agent with the tools it needs, retrieval over your own documents, logging of every step, and a human review stage.
  • Connect and measure. Integrate it with your systems, then measure it against how the work was done before.

A build takes three to eight weeks.

What you get

  • Use-case selection and risk review, written down, so you know why this job and what could go wrong.
  • An agent with tools, logs and human review: it does real work, every action is recorded, and a person approves anything that matters.
  • Integration with your systems, so it works where your team already works.
  • Measurement against a baseline, so you can see whether it saves time rather than take it on trust.

How I build them

I work with Claude and OpenAI models, retrieval pipelines, prompt design and evals, and I build agents for support, intake and reporting. The pattern I trust is the one I use for my own production work at Din Solicitors: assistants handle research, structured drafting and repeatable checks, and a person defines the brief, verifies the facts and controls what goes out.

What it is not

It is not a chatbot bolted onto your website, and it is not a replacement for qualified people. An agent that gives legal or financial advice without review is a liability, and I will not build one. If the work is really a set of simple, repeatable steps, workflow automation is cheaper and easier to maintain.

Questions people ask

How is it priced? Fixed price, from £2,500, quoted before we start.

Where does our data go? NDA before we start, no client data leaves your systems, and the agent runs on models and hosting you approve.

What happens when it gets something wrong? That is what the logs and the review step are for. Nothing important leaves without a person seeing it, and every mistake can be traced and fixed.

If intake or admin is eating your week, book a 30-minute call and we will look at whether an agent is the right answer.

Need someone who has done this before?

A 30-minute call is enough to tell whether I can help. If I cannot, I will say so and point you to someone who can.
