Who this is for

Teams that want to run it themselves. You have in-house developers or marketers who are capable, but a new tool, a new stack or a new way of working has arrived and nobody has had time to learn it properly. You would rather build the skill inside the team than pay an outside supplier indefinitely.

The training runs through Everskill, the teaching company I founded. The sessions come from the same work I still do for clients, not from a slide deck written for a general audience.

How it works

• Scope it. A short call about your team, your stack and what people need to be able to do afterwards.
• Pick the format. A single half-day or full-day workshop, or a private cohort that runs over several weeks.
• Work on your material. Sessions use your own codebase, ad accounts or workflows where that is possible, so the practice transfers straight into the job.
• Follow up. A call 30 days later to deal with what came up once people tried it for real.

Formats range from half a day to eight weeks, on-site in the UK or remote.

What I teach

Topics are agreed with you and drawn from the work I do for clients: web development in Laravel, Nuxt.js and WordPress; SEO, paid search and analytics; code review and delivery process for team leads; and practical AI, from prompt design to automations with tools such as n8n and Make. Everskill teaches in both Bangla and English.

What it is not

It is not a generic course with your logo on it, and it is not a substitute for doing the work. If your team needs the job done this quarter rather than learned, a project or hands-on development is the better fit.
