Overview

One owner from research to publishing.

Din Solicitors did not need an isolated website redesign. The firm needed one joined-up system for its services, content, enquiries, search visibility and campaigns.

I took responsibility from research to publishing: mapping the firm’s practice areas and client questions, planning the information architecture, building the WordPress theme, shaping the content, and improving the live journeys around real marketing work.

The production workflow is agentic where that saves time. Assistants help with research, structured drafting and repeatable checks. I still define the brief, verify the facts, review compliance, test the live pages and control what gets published.

Web platform

A WordPress site built around clear enquiry journeys

The problem
A regulated law-firm website has to explain complex services to people who may be stressed, uncertain or short on time.
Dozens of service topics needed a clear hierarchy without making the site feel like a directory.
Website changes, SEO content and campaign journeys needed one accountable workflow instead of disconnected hand-offs.
The platform had to support continuous publishing and improvement, not stop at launch.
The approach
Map the practice areas, search journeys, client questions and compliance boundaries before designing pages.
Build a custom WordPress theme with reusable templates, consistent trust signals and a clear visual system.
Give every important page a useful next step: make a claim, call the firm or start a WhatsApp conversation.
Treat SEO, content, paid acquisition and measurement as part of the website system from the start.
What we did

Built from the foundations, then improved in live cycles.

Research, structure, design, build, publish, measure and refine.

1
Research and scope
Mapped services, user questions, search intent, competitor patterns, compliance needs and the enquiry journey.

3
WordPress build and content
Built the custom theme, created the page system, produced content and connected the main phone, WhatsApp and claim routes.

4
Market, publish and improve
I run SEO and campaign work against the same platform, publish new material, check live behaviour and refine the journeys in monthly cycles.

Outcome

A live platform the firm can keep building on.

The result is a live WordPress platform with more than 90 pages, five core practice areas, clear enquiry routes, calculators, case results and an ongoing publishing programme. It is structured to keep moving as the firm’s services, content and campaigns change.

This case study reports the public work that shipped. Client data, private campaign performance, account structure and internal production details remain private.
